the friction conveyor refers to an advanced product which adopts friction as the power. it is featured as high automation, fast operation speed and low noise; currently, the application technologies are widely accepted by the mass production manufacturers in the domestic automobile industry. the conveying system is able to execute control by the programmable controller or computer and thus become a materials storage, transportation and conveying system with a high level of electromechanical integration. the complete friction conveyor is composed of the track, straight track driving unit, bent track driving unit, turnout, goods trolley, stopper, locating device, steel structure system, gas system and electrical control system; it is collocated with non-standard switching equipment to transfer between different conveying systems. currently, the product includes two models: overhead model and ground model; they are collocated according to the production process and workshop layout. according to different speeds, the driving unit consists of the constant speed transmission model and variable speed transmission model. according to the position in the line, the driving unit consists of the straight track driving model and bent track driving model. in order to prevent intervention of driving unit against operating components in special positions, special driving model is designed to meet different process requirements. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
