the automatic trolley/hoist conveyor refers to the latest product of materials transportation equipment and is increasingly popular under special environment with speed and intelligence requirements as the main indicators. each power trolley adopts power from the power supply track; according to the operation experience in various conditions, the automatic electric hoist enjoys simple maintenance and high productivity; in the synchronous and asynchronous manufacturing and assembly line, the automatic electric hoist has replaced low-speed and low efficiency materials transportation system. the typical trolley speed is 18—45 meters/min; in special conditions, the speed can be increased; the trolley production area is even slower under the regional control of speed to adapt to the production pace. in the automatic station or robot station, the access/exit load is accelerated at the same time to adapt to high production efficiency of automatic process equipment.
